Crèche Exhibit Schedule

                               Friday December 4th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm

                          Saturday December 5th from 1:00pm to 9:00pm

                        Sunday December 6th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm

              Bring the entire family and enjoy live

               musical performances throughout the weekend.

               There will also be a special live broadcast of the
                  Mormon Tabernacle Choir on Sunday evening 
         beginning at 7:00pm.

                                Admission is Free

           Location: 15915 W. 143rd Street Olathe, KS

               Last years event included over 300 nativity

               scenes from 26 countries and included

               a live nativity.

              Kids will love the ISpy game and candy cane prize!

     To provide a Crèche
     (Nativity Set) for display
    at the exhibit:

  Please bring your creche and any other items
that you use for display such as a stable, special material, 
cotton etc. to the LDS Stake Center at  15915
West 143rd Street Olathe, Kansas at
the times listed below.

   Registration Dates and Times-

    Thursday December 3th from 9:00am to 8:00pm

   Friday – December 4th from 9:00am to 2:00pm

     Security will be provided 24/7

    You will then need to pick up your creche on:
     Sunday evening from 9:00pm to 10:30pm or 
  Monday morning from 9:00am to 10:30am.

Volunteer Information

Volunteers need to arrive 10 minutes before their

shift and find the Creche Coordinator  They will get

you a badge and assign you to an area.

Dress for vounteers is dressy casual...  no jeans.

You are welcome and encouraged to wear Christmas

items. You may sign up as a couple but please

do not bring children with you. 

Events such as these would not work without your help!
